**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing residential buildings and systems including but not limited to Plumbing, Hvac Heating and Cooling, Electrical, Structural, Trim and Finishing.

**Duties:**

- Perform routine maintenance tasks at Commercial buildings as well as single family and multi family residential complexes

- Troubleshoot and repair issues as reported by tenants through Property Management Company.

- Conduct facilities maintenance including plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC repairs

- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and customers.

**Skills:**

- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude

- Proficiency in various trades including plumbing, electrical , carpentry and painting.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

- Leadership skills to guide maintenance projects effectively.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
